Condiciones de uso

Agreement

These terms apply to the Plupiko app and the website plupiko.app. By downloading or using Plupiko, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Plupiko is provided by Test Owner Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms take priority where the law allows.

Using Plupiko

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Plupiko on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, and don’t use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Not medical advice

Plupiko helps you build a habit of drinking enough. It is not a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. Daily goals, hydration values of drinks, caffeine amounts and challenges are general estimates.

If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have been told to limit fluids or caffeine, talk to a doctor before changing what you drink. Always listen to your body and your doctor over the app.

Plupiko Pro

Tracking water and drinks is free. Plupiko Pro unlocks extra themes, bottles and outfits for Pomi. Pro is available as:

• A yearly subscription, sometimes with a free trial
• A one-time lifetime purchase

The price, the length of any trial and what is included are shown in the app before you buy. Prices are set in your local currency and may include taxes.

Subscriptions and trials

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The yearly subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

The lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews.

Refunds and restoring purchases

All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To get Pro back on a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Your data

What you log in Plupiko belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you use it, in your private iCloud. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Please keep iCloud or device backups on if you don’t want to lose your history.

Our content

The app, its design, artwork, characters such as Pomi, texts and the Plupiko name belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any right to use them outside the app.

Changes to the app

We keep improving Plupiko, so features may change, be added or be removed. We will try to keep what you paid for working and tell you in advance about big changes to Pro.

Liability

We work hard to make Plupiko reliable, but it is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the app.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Testland. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are important, we will let you know in the app or on this page before they take effect.
